Booking Policy

All bookings made for the Virtual Golf Studio are considered as time-slot reservations rather than physical goods. By completing your booking, you are securing a specific date and time slot.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We allow cancellations or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of booking confirmation, provided that the reserved session is at least 48 hours away.

  • Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a full refund.
  • Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.

Requests made less than 48 hours before the session will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your booked session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time, as sessions are strictly scheduled. No extensions or refunds will be provided for late arrivals.

Refunds

If your cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Studio Issues / Service Disruptions

If your session is affected due to technical issues, equipment malfunction, or circumstances on our end, we will offer either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A rescheduled session at no additional cost

Non-Refundable Cases

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session
  • No-shows
  • Partially used sessions
  • Promotional or discounted bookings (unless otherwise stated)
